Here is a nice salad you can have for breakfast. Ingredients:
6 bacon, slices cooked, reserve drippings |
3 tablespoons cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
salt |
pepper |
frisee |
2 eggs, fried |
crouton |
Directions:
1. Combine bacon drippings with cider vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper. 2. Toss with lettuce. 3. Place egg on lettuce. 4. Top with crumbled bacon and croutons. |
