1 egg |
1 cup milk |
1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream |
1 tablespoon butter |
2 cups pancake or biscuit mix |
6-8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Beat egg, add milk, sour cream and butter. 2. Stir in pancake mix; mix well. Fold in bacon and cheese. 3. Bake in preheated waffle iron. 4. Yield: 12 (4-inch square) waffles. |
