Some different flavors for waffles. Ingredients:
1 egg |
1 cup milk |
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream |
1 tbsp butter or margarine, melted |
2 cups pancake or biscuit/baking mix |
6 to 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled |
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, beat eggs; add milk, sour cream and butter. Stir in pancake mix; mix well. Fold in bacon and cheese. Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown. |
