Bacon And Cheese Roasted Red Potatoes

This is a delicious way to enjoy potatoes! Great in the summertime with barbecue.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup kraft 4 cheese italiano shredded cheese
1/4 cup real bacon bits
2 lb. (900 g) small red potatoes, quartered
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or rosemary
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix dressing, cheese and bacon bits in large bowl.
3. Add potatoes; toss lightly.
4. Spoon into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with foil.
5. Bake 40 min.
6. Remove foil; bake an additional 15 min. or until potatoes are tender.
7. Sprinkle with parsley or rosemary.
