The bacon and cheese add extra flavour to these eggs. Ingredients:
6 hardboiled egg |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 slices crisp bacon |
2 teaspoons vinegar |
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mash egg yolks and stir with bacon mayo vinegar cheese and salt. 2. Fill egg white halves. 3. Top with crumbled bacon. |
