This is Awesome... We Had This - This Morning... Hope You Enjoy It Too!!! Ingredients:
18 eggs |
8 sliced of cooked and crumbled bacon (into bite size pieces) |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup half and half cream |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
salt and pepper |
1 stick of butter |
2 tablespoons of light olive oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 F 2. Melt butter and oilve oil together, then pour into a glass 9x13 pan 3. mix all of the other ingredients together making sure the eggs are mixed thoroughly and pour into the pan on top on the butter and oil stir one time and bake for 20 minutes or until egg mixture is cooked in the middle |
