Ingredients:
1 cup black beans
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup shredded mexican cheese
salt (optional)
pepper (optional)
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a pot or a skillet.
2. Combine the beans and veggies in the pan and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Pour into a bowl and top with cheese and sour cream. Add spices if desired.
4. Have a fiesta in your mouth!
