Everyone loves these beans because there's something for everyone: sweet, spicy, hearty, and flavorful. The chili pepper and seasoning salt gives it some punch. Great item to take to a potluck or a backyard barbecue. Read more . You can also bake this recipe in the oven. Ingredients:
2 - 16oz. cans pork & beans |
1 - 16oz. can kidney beans (drained) |
1 - 16oz. can butter beans (drained) |
1 - 16oz. can green beans (drained) |
1/4 lb. bacon |
1 lrg. onion, chopped |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt |
1 tbsp. worcestershire |
1 tbsp. chili powder |
1/2 cup bbq sauce |
1/2 cup ketchup |
Directions:
1. Fry bacon until crisp, drain on paper towels and crumble. Fry chopped onion in bacon drippings until transparent. Mix all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 3 hours. |
