2 skinless chicken breasts |
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
ground red pepper |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. 2. Place the peanut butter, yogurt and spices into a bowl and mix well. 3. Dip the chicken into the peanut sauce, ensuring an even coating. 4. Place the chicken onto an ovenproof dish and bake in the middle of the oven for 25-35 minutes or until the juices run clear . 5. Serve hot or cold. |
