I'm no longer a bachelor but I used to make this all the time when I lived by myself. Its not healthy at all but very delicious. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 1/2 cups rice |
2 cups water |
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine |
1/2 cup frank's red hot sauce (can substitute for different hot sauce if preferred) |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. In large non stick skillet brown Ground Beef and drain. 2. Mix in Butter, Water, Franks Red Hot sauce and rice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer, stirring frequently, for 12-15mins or until rice is cooked. 3. Serve and enjoy! |
