I got this recipe off of a TV show. Easy to make Ingredients:
1 roasting chicken, whole, skin removed |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
1/8 cup vinegar |
1/8 cup oleo |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in foil in roaster.
2. Add all other ingredients in water which is boiling.
3. Pour over chicken.
4. Close foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
5. Use sauce for gravy.
