I am not a great fan of the true mojitos but when you add some Bacardi Peach Rum I can drink them all night. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon simple syrup |
6 large mint leaves |
3 ounces bacardi peach red rum |
1 dash lime juice |
1 dash sour mix |
Directions:
1. Muddle mint leaves with simple syrup in cocktail shaker. 2. Add peach rum, lime juice and sour mix. 3. Add ice cubes and shake until blended. 4. Serve in martini glass and garnish with slice of fresh peach. |
