This is a recipe I got from a former co-worker of mine. I'm not sure exactly what the origin is or why it's called Babysitter Dip - all I know is that it's super easy and super good! Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) bags shredded colby-monterey jack cheese |
8 ounces ranch dressing |
1 (10 ounce) can of diced tomatoes and green chilies (i use rotel brand) |
green onion, diced |
1 green pepper, diced |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips. |
