Simple, easy, and good. My grandmother's recipe. Ingredients:
2 cups squash, cubed and cooked |
1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 cup chopped onion |
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
1 cup milk |
2 cups cracker crumbs |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Combine all ingredients and mix well. 3. Pour into pam sprayed dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes. 4. Can make this into two smaller dishes and freeze one. |
