Your baby will probably be ready to cope with beans at about 9 months. This is high in iron. Can be frozen or stored in the fridge for 3 days. Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks |
1 (130 g) can vegetarian low-sodium baked beans |
Directions:
1. Steam, microwave or boil potatoes until soft. 2. Drain and then mash potatoes with the baked beans. |
