                    For babies 4 months and up. I made this all the time for my daughter. I used whatever vegetables I had, squash, peas, green beans etc. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/4 cup vegetables, cooked  |  
                                                1 teaspoon vegetable oil (or margarine)  |  
                                                1 tablespoon flour (or dry baby cereal)  |  
                                                1/4 cup water  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Combine vegetables and oil in a small saucepan. 2. Place on low heat. 3. Mix flour/cereal and water separately. 4. Gradually stir into vegetable mix. 5. Heat to warm.                              |
