Adding a tbsp of Apple cider vinegar to the dressing will make a lotsa difference . This Salad gives an unique taste , something different from soups and its nice . Ingredients:
1 bunch of baby spinch leaves , washed and leaves torn into small pieces |
1 small onion , sliced |
1 small red pepper , sliced |
1 tbsp chopped big , mint and corriander leaves |
dressing |
2 tbsp olive oil |
4 oz sausage , sliced thinly |
2tsp ginger and garlic , chopped |
2 tbsp soy sauce |
1 tbsp lemon juice and sugar |
1 tbsp garlic- chilli sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix the ings. in a salad bowl and toss it well . 2. For the dressing , Heat the oil , fry the sausages , gin and garlic . 3. Cook until fragrant . 4. Add everythingelse and cook until sugar dissolves . 5. Pour while it's hot into the salad bowl and toss it to coat . 6. Let the leaves wilt before serving . |
