This is a very tasty dip that I obtained from a coworker a few years back. He brought this and it was inhaled so now he doubles and triples this recipe. Enjoy Ingredients:
2 teaspoons spicy mustard |
1-1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar |
2 teaspoons dried tarragon crushed |
3/4 cup baby shrimp |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
2 teaspoons fresh tarragon chopped |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Mix mustard, juice, vinegar and tarragon then blend in mayonnaise. 2. Add shrimp then sour cram and blend well. 3. Cover and chill at least one hour before serving. |
