These are great little breakfast muffins. Ingredients:
2 cans regular biscuits, whatever flavor you prefer |
1 lb breakfast sausage, browned |
3 eggs |
2 cups cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Mix sausage, eggs, and cheese in a medium bowl. 3. Grease muffin pan. 4. Flatten each biscuit, spread over muffin pan hole, drop a Tbsp of mixture into biscuit. It should fall into muffin hole. Continue until mixture is gone. Should make about 12 muffins. 5. Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes until biscuit is browned and eggs are done. |
