This recipe was in my mom's recipe box. She would use white potatoes, sometimes, for a change. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. baby red potatoes halved, boiled and drained |
3 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 medium onion chopped |
2 jalapeƱos seeded and chopped |
2 tablespoons seasoning sauce |
Directions:
1. HEAT oil in large skillet over medium heat; add onion and jalapeƱos. 2. Cook until tender. 3. Add potatoes and seasoning sauce. 4. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until potatoes are 5. caramelized. |
