Baby Kai-lan is eaten widely in Chinese cuisine and its healthy . Ingredients:
1 tsp young ginger strips |
2 tsp garlic minced |
1 bowl of baby kailan |
1 tbsp oyster sauce and light soy sauce |
1/2 tsp sugar |
white pepper |
2 tbsp water |
1 tsp cornflour mixed in abit of water |
Directions:
1. Wash the kailan and cut off the thick base . 2. Stir fry garlic and ginger until fragrant . 3. Add the vege along with water and the sauce . 4. Once the colour of the leaves changes and begin to soften ... 5. Mix the cornflour in and let it thicken . 6. Serve at once . |
