Ingredients:
1/4 cup champagne vinegar |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil |
freshly ground black pepper |
1 pound baby mixed greens |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Slowly add olive oil in a steady stream, whisking until mixture thickens. Season to taste with black pepper. Drizzle over mixed greens. Serve remaining vinaigrette on the side. |
