This is a delicious loaf bread dessert. Not too sweet and the baby food makes it moist. Ingredients:
2 cups self-rising flour |
2 cups sugar |
3 eggs |
3/4 cup oil |
2 (4 ounce) jars plum baby food |
1 teaspoon clove |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 cup chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Blend together first four ingredients. 2. Add the remaining ingredients. 3. Stir, do not beat. 4. Bake at 350°F for approximately 50 minutes in a greased, floured loaf pan. |
