Ingredients:
1 cup oil |
2 cups sugar |
3 eggs |
1 (4 3/4 ounce) jar baby plums |
1 (4 3/4 ounce) jar baby apricots |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix all but pecans. 2. when well mixed fold in pecans. 3. and pour into greased and sugared bundt pan. 4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. |
