Baby Corn with Carrots

This simple side dish of young vegetables is a great way to make carrots more interesting.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups baby carrots
1 teaspoon sugar or 1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups baby corn, husked
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Add carrots along with sweetener and salt, cover.
3. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
4. Add baby corn and parsley, cook an additional 5 minutes; add more water if necessary.
