1 1/2 cups chicken broth |
20 baby carrots or 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1 small orange, peeled and diced |
Directions:
1. Combine chicken broth, carrots, and sugar in a medium saucepan. 2. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and cook, covered for 5 minutes. 3. Uncover and boil until carrots are tender and liquid is almost absorbed, about 5 minutes. 4. Stir in orange and serve. |
