I had this at my friend's place and really enjoyed it! Simple, easy and great taste!! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil |
1 garlic, chopped |
1 teaspoon ginger |
4 baby bok choy |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 teaspoons sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. In a large wok. heat the grapeseed oil. Stir fry the garlic and ginger. for 1 minute. 2. Add the bok choy and soy sauce. Combine the ingredients and cover with lid. Seam for 2 minutes. |
