Ingredients:

1/4 cup(s) red onions thinly sliced
1/4 cup(s) almonds sliced, toasted
5 ounce(s) baby arugula packaged, pre-washed
Directions:
1. Combine EVOO, balsamic vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl; stir with a whisk.
2. Combine red onion, almonds, and arugula in a serving bowl.
