** Sorry about that, we got a call and had to go out. I didn't get back till LATE!! LOL!! This is a great treat on the weekends. The leftovers are delish as the next days lunch! Ingredients:
6 large eggs, scrambled |
1 package of baccon, fried, and crumbled |
1 lb of sausage, browned and crumbled |
2 cans of crescent rolls |
4 cups of your fave shredded cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Coat a 13X9 casserole dish with a non-stick spray. 3. Lay out one can of rolls, top with eggs, baccon, cheese, sausage, and second can of rolls. 4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or untill golden brown. 5. Allow 10 minutes to cool, serve and enjoy. |
