Ingredients:
28 large pimento stuffed olives
2 cups grated extra old cheddar cheese
14 slices bacon, cut in half
toothpick
Directions:
1. Cut the olives in half lengthwise.
2. Remove the pimentos and chop fine.
3. Blend the cheese and pimentos.
4. Stuff the olive halves with the cheese mixture.
5. Press halves together, wrap in 1/2 slice bacon and secure with toothpick.
6. Broil for 4-5 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy.
