Very easy- Perfect for when you don't feel like cooking, and still perfect for when you do feel like cooking! Double the sauce if desired. Also, feel free to use cornstarch or flour to thicken the sauce if you want. Ingredients:
4 pork chops |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/2 cup vinegar |
3 tablespoons ketchup |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon dry mustard |
1/2 cup water |
3 tablespoons chopped onions |
Directions:
1. Brown pork chops and place in baking dish. 2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops. 3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
