This is a version of the clasic B-52 shot that is served in Portugal. As Absinthe is banned in a lot of countries, Anisette or Pernod can be used as substitutes. Ingredients:
1/3 ounce irish cream |
1/3 ounce tia maria |
1/4 ounce absinthe |
Directions:
1. layer in order listed. 2. To serve, light on fire. 3. When the shot is on fire you slap it to extinguish the fire and then you drink it. (Be careful! This step is optional). |
