Just for fun, I went looking for an Aztec recipes, and found this on . Ingredients:
1 cup onion, chopped |
2 cups zucchini, diced |
1 cup green beans |
1 medium green bell pepper, seeded & diced |
1 cup canned crushed tomatoes |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves |
1 dash each salt & white pepper |
Directions:
1. Spray large saucepan with Pam, add onions and saute until softened. 2. Add zucchini, green beans and pepper, cook 5 minutes, stirring often. 3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. (Measure single servings.). |
