From the Confederate Cookbook by Lynda Moreau. Preparation time does not included chilling time. Ingredients:
4 cups cranberry juice |
4 cups pineapple juice |
1 tablespoon almond extract |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale |
Directions:
1. In large jar, blend cranberry and pineapple juices with extract and sugar. 2. Chill thoroughly. 3. Just before serving, add chilled ginger ale. |
