Another preparation of lassi which is a gastro delight ! Ingredients:
1 cup room temperature water |
1/2 cup fresh yogurt or 1/2 cup homemade yogurt |
1 pinch ground ginger |
1 pinch ground cumin |
1 pinch ground coriander |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Blend for one minute. 2. Drink after lunch. 3. Dont forget to update me on the pleasant results. |
