Ingredients:
1 cup room temperature water
1/2 cup fresh yogurt or 1/2 cup homemade yogurt
1 pinch ground ginger
1 pinch ground cumin
1 pinch ground coriander
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Blend for one minute.
2. Drink after lunch.
