My version of a classic dip recipe. Great with veggies or in a hollowed out round loaf of bread. Ingredients:
1-10 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed/drained |
1-16 oz container sour cream |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 bunch green onions, chopped |
1-1 oz package dry vegetable soup mix |
1 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste) |
1-8 oz can water chestnuts, drained/chopped |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Combine and chill for at least 8 hours, or over night. |
