                                                | 3 cups elbow macaroni |  | 1 tablespoon onion powder |  | 2 tablespoons pickle relish |  | 1 cup carrot |  | 1 pint cherry tomatoes |  | 3 celery ribs |  | 1 (6 ounce) can shrimp |  | 1 tablespoon chives |  | 1 tablespoon parsley |  | 1/2 cup bacon bits |  | 1 cup buttermilk |  | 1/2 cup mayonnaise |  | 1 tablespoon lemon juice |  | 1 teaspoon salt |  | 2 teaspoons prepared mustard |  | 1 teaspoon garlic |  Directions: 
                        
                            | 1. Prepare all chunked ingredients. Set aside. 2. In large bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together until smooth.
