Great recipe for summertime. Ingredients:
3 cups elbow macaroni |
1 tablespoon onion powder |
2 tablespoons pickle relish |
1 cup carrot |
1 pint cherry tomatoes |
3 celery ribs |
1 (6 ounce) can shrimp |
1 tablespoon chives |
1 tablespoon parsley |
1/2 cup bacon bits |
1 cup buttermilk |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon garlic |
Directions:
1. Prepare all chunked ingredients. Set aside. 2. In large bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together until smooth. 3. Add chunk ingredients and toss well. |
