Velvety lentil soup...awesome on a cold day! Ingredients:
2 chopped yellow onions |
2 cups dried red lentils |
6 cups water |
1/2 apple |
2 -3 bouillon cubes |
garlic |
salt and pepper |
bay leaf |
Directions:
1. Sautee onions in some oil. 2. When onions are ready ad the remaining ingredients. 3. Bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes. 4. Put all in blender or food processor and blend until becomes creamy. 5. ENJOY! |
