Very good, i drink twice a day! Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk |
4 tablespoons peanut butter |
1/2 cup low-fat small-curd cottage cheese |
1 scoop whey protein |
1 scoop ice cream |
1 banana |
Directions:
1. Put ingredients into a blender or smoothie mixer. 2. Mix until smooth. 3. Pour into cup. |
