Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
4 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 cup low-fat small-curd cottage cheese
1 scoop whey protein
1 scoop ice cream
1 banana
Directions:
1. Put ingredients into a blender or smoothie mixer.
2. Mix until smooth.
3. Pour into cup.
