Awesome Guilt-Free Sorbet |

I'm on a diet, and have had a sweet tooth lately. I decided to use some frozen fruit in the freezer to make a dessert. The result was very tasty, fat-free, and low in calories. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups frozen fruit (your choice) |
1/4 cup frozen fat-free cool whip |
1/4 cup nonfat milk |
2 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, blend all ingredients. You will have to stop and mix a couple of times until the mixtures softens. Blend until smooth. Eat immediately. |
