If you are a fan of Chicken Salad you will love this one! Try different items to add...some like to add green bell peppers. Let me know what you like. Add a squirt of mustard to add a tangy taste. Ingredients:
5 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped |
1 (7 1/4 ounce) box chicken rice-a-roni |
1 cup slivered almonds |
1 (4 ounce) can black olives, sliced |
1 (11 ounce) can marinated artichokes, chopped |
4 green onions, chopped |
2 1/2 cups mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Cook Rice according to instructions and cool completely. 2. Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. 3. Refrigerate for at least 1 day prior to serving. |
