I CREATED THIS RECIPE FOR MY hUSBAND, jOEL WHO LOVES CHILI Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger meat, browned |
1 can bush's chili starter |
2 cans chili beans |
2 cans kidney beans (light or dark) |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1 tablespoon black pepper |
2 dashes tabasco sauce (add more if you like it spicy) |
1 1/2 tablespoons salt |
1 tablespoon adobo seasoning (with pepper, found in spice or taco aisle) |
1 can tomato soup (prefferably progresso chunky tomato soup) |
1/2 cup diced onion |
shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. BROWN YOUR MEAT WITH THE ONION,CHILI POWDER AND ADOBO SEASONINGS. 2. IN A LARGE POT MIX THE MEAT MIXTURE WITH THE SOUP, AND ALL OF THE BEANS INCLUDING THE CHILI STARTER. 3. ADD YOUR TABASCO SAUCE TO TASTE AND BLACK PEPPER. 4. COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT FOR 1/2 HOUR OR LONGER DEPENDING ON HOW SOFT YOU LIKE YOUR BEANS. 5. SERVE WITH GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE OR ONIONS. |
