My own take on alot of different chili recipes, hope you like it. Add a spoon of sour cream and some cheese and its the perfect meal, you can eat on for days. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |

29 ounces tomato sauce |
1 (16 ounce) can chili-ready tomatoes |
1 cup water |
1 (16 ounce) can chili beans |
8 ounces salsa |
0.5 (15 ounce) can beef broth |
1/8 cup chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon basil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown meat and onions, drain. 2. Stir in all remaining ingredients. 3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes or until chili is desired thickness. 4. You can garnish with chips, cheese and sour cream if you would like. |
