My own take on alot of different chili recipes, hope you like it. Add a spoon of sour cream and some cheese and its the perfect meal, you can eat on for days.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
29 ounces tomato sauce
1 (16 ounce) can chili-ready tomatoes
1 cup water
1 (16 ounce) can chili beans
8 ounces salsa
0.5 (15 ounce) can beef broth
1/8 cup chili powder
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Brown meat and onions, drain.
2. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes or until chili is desired thickness.
4. You can garnish with chips, cheese and sour cream if you would like.
