A Fantasically filling and satisfying pick-me-up! It is easiest to peel the banana and put it in a sandwich bag before freezing it. Ingredients:
1 frozen banana |
1 cup milk (i use plain soy milk or rice milk) |
2 teaspoons sugar |
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon almond extract |
1 scoop vanilla soy protein powder (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top it off with whipped cream for added wow-factor . |
