So simple to make and it is amazing! I am asked to bring this to every family dinner! Recipe is similar to others on here, but the measurements are different. **Had this again last night for my son's birthday dinner - super easy and as always a HUGE hit. I am not sure who created it. Ingredients:
1 cup butter, melted |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) package cornbread mix |
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained |
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees Celsius. 2. Lightly grease a 9x9 baking dish. 3. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients (butter, eggs, corn bread mix, whole and creamed corn, and sour cream). 4. Spoon mixture into prepared dish. 5. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes in preheated oven (until top is golden brown around the edges). 6. *Please note, if you are going to double this recipe, the cooking time WILL need to be increased. |
