Avocado Yogurt Dip With Cumin |

From Cooking Light. Serve with crudites or pita chips. Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt |
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped |
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped |
1 tablespoon jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3 avocados, ripe, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. 2. Prepare up to 8 hours in advance and store in an airtight container in the fridge. |
