Avocado Yogurt Dip With Cumin

Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 avocados, ripe, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
2. Prepare up to 8 hours in advance and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
