Avocado With Tahini

A simple, fresh and very tasty combination of flavors.
Ingredients:
1 large avocado
2 tbls. tahini (sesame seed paste)
1 large clove garlic
juice of 1 lemon
pinch of crushed red chile pepper
salt & pepper to taste
cayenne or paparika and/or lemon wedges for garnish
Directions:
1. Peel and mash Avocado thoroughly
2. Crush Garlic with Salt into a paste.
3. Blend together Garlic, crushed Chile Pepper, Lemon and Tahini.
4. Mix with Avocado, add black pepper and adjust salt.
5. Garnish with Cayenne, Paparika and/or Lemon wedges
6. Serve w/ Crackers or toasted Pita Chips.
