2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper |
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt |
2 cups halved grape tomatoes |
1/2 cup vertically sliced white onion |
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
1/2 ripe peeled avocado, coarsely chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine lime juice, cumin, black pepper, ground red pepper, and salt; stir with a whisk. Add tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and avocado; toss gently to combine. |
