Yummy! A thumbs up from my partner!!!Another success in the kitchen.....perhaps I'm getting better (or its just luck)?! NOTE: All quantities are approximated! Ingredients:
1/2 red pepper |
1/2 yellow pepper |
1 avocado |
1 tomato |
1/2 red onion |
salt and pepper (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Chop all ingredients into small cubes. 2. Place all ingredients into large mixing bowl. 3. Add salt and pepper to taste. 4. Mix together well. 5. Enjoy! |
