A really yummy salsa like dip for tortilla chips. You can make several days ahead if desired. Ingredients:
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese |
3 avocados, peeled and diced |
2 tomatoes, diced |
5 green onions, chopped |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped |
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies |
1 (6 ounce) can black olives, chopped |
1 cup zesty italian salad dressing |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, mix all ingredients. 2. Cover and chill until ready to serve. |
